1. Overview
At Balleez, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help. This policy sets out your rights and our obligations regarding returns and refunds for orders placed on www.balleez.com.
This policy applies to all customers in the United Kingdom and is in addition to your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

2. Return Eligibility
You may return any item within 30 days of the delivery date, provided that:
•       The item is unused and unworn
•       The item is in its original packaging with all tags attached
•       The item is in the same condition as when it was delivered
•       Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is provided

2.1 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or incorrectly described:
•       Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery
•       Items returned without their original packaging or with tags removed
•       Items returned after the 30-day return window

3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:
•       Step 1 — Contact us: Send an email to info@balleez.com with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for your return.
•       Step 2 — Receive instructions: Our team will reply within 2 business days with a prepaid return label and instructions.
•       Step 3 — Pack and send: Securely pack the item(s) in their original packaging and attach the prepaid return label.
•       Step 4 — Drop off: Drop the parcel at your nearest designated carrier drop-off point as specified in our instructions.

Important: Please do not send your return without first contacting us. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs
Balleez covers the cost of return shipping for all eligible returns. A prepaid return label will be provided to you by email once your return request has been approved.
You will not be charged any fees to return your item(s), regardless of the reason for the return.

5. Refunds
5.1 Refund Processing
Once we have received your returned item and verified its condition, we will notify you by email. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 5 business days of receiving the item.
The refund will be issued to your original payment method:
•       Visa / Credit card: refunded to the card used at checkout
•       PayPal: refunded to your PayPal account

5.2 Refund Amount
You will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the returned item(s). Original delivery charges (if any) are also refunded in full in the event of a cancellation within the 14-day statutory cooling-off period.

5.3 Refund Delays
Please note that once issued by Balleez, the time for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation, please contact your bank or PayPal before reaching out to us at info@balleez.com.

6. Statutory Right to Cancel (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
In addition to our 30-day return policy, you have a legal right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason, under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
To exercise this right, you must notify us at info@balleez.com before the 14-day period expires. You must then return the goods within 14 days of notifying us. Return shipping is covered by Balleez.
In this case, you will receive a full refund including any standard delivery charges, processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned goods.

7. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged upon delivery, or not as described, you are entitled to a full refund, replacement, or repair under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Please contact us at info@balleez.com within 30 days of delivery, including:
•       Your order number
•       A description of the fault or issue
•       Photographs of the item and packaging (where applicable)

We will arrange the return at no cost to you and process a full refund or send a replacement as quickly as possible.

8. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or colour, please return your original item following the process above and place a new order on www.balleez.com.
